Prof. Abdul Nafee breathed his last; irreparable loss to medical fraternity : DAK | KNO

Doctors Association Kashmir(DAK)held an emergency condolence meeting today at it’s branch office in Well Care Dialysis Center,Soura on hearing upon the demise of Prof. Abdul Nafee who breathed his last today morning at his residence. Dr Suhail Naik, President, Doctors Association Kashmir(DAK) said that “Dr Abdul Nafee was an epitome in Medical fraternity who was instrumental in establishing the department of medicine in Government Medical College(GMC),Srinagar as faculty member and superannuated as Prof. and Head of the department.

His death was shocking and terribly distressful news for all of us” “Dr A Nafee will be remembered as an extremely creative and thoughtful doctor who will be remembered in maintaining the highest ethics in his profession.His contributions to the field of Medicine is outstanding and unquestioned “Dr Naik further added. DAK also extended their heartfelt condolences to Prof. Parveen Nafee,ex Head, Obstetrics & Gynecology, GMC,Sgr, Dr Alfar Nafee and Dr Muntakhab Nafee.DAK is with the bereaved family at this hour of grief.
